Lawmaker is a multiplayer political simulation game. You run a political party in a fictional democracy: build a platform, vote on laws, win elections, form governments, and shape your country over many years of play.

You're competing against other real players. Elections aren't random — a population of individually modelled electors judges your party on the way you actually vote, so every decision becomes part of your record.

Game time runs slow

1 real-world hour = 1 game day. You don't need to play constantly — check in once or twice a day to vote and make decisions. A typical election cycle plays out over a few real-world weeks.
